Since 2020, the School of Economics and Finance (SEF) has guaranteed the development expectation of stable teaching and research team through system construction and mechanism. By strengthening the construction of a series of platforms such as research center platform, laboratory platform, academic conference platform, and international exchange and cooperation platform, the teaching and research environment has been continuously optimized, and the output mechanism of monumental research results has been formed. High-level works and research results in Applied Economics and related disciplines are constantly emerging. Over the past years, faculty members of the School of Economics and Finance have published 11 papers in domestic authoritative and SCI/SSCI journals, covering Finance, International Trade, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, and other disciplines.

In the progress of implementing The Integrated Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era , SEF will strive to create a teaching and scientific research environment which is conducive to cultivating top-notch talents and producing academic achievements to enhance the consciousness of discipline construction and personnel training as well as a sense of urgency and well-ordered academic production mechanism. During the reform of education evaluation, we will emphasize the quality orientation and focus on evaluating teachers’ academic and social contributions and their support of developing talents. With a profound understanding of the trends of the discipline development, and by integrating its characteristics, SEF has formed an idea of stable and orderly development and a mechanism to ensure its implementation, thus cultivating a unique character of the discipline development.
