The 2019 World Artificial Intelligence Conference was held in Shanghai from August 29 to 31, 2019. On August 28, as the warm-up part of the conference, the special forum Artificial Intelligence Drives High-quality Development - Building Artificial Intelligence Ecological Chain Forum directed by Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission and hosted by Shanghai International Studies University was successfully held in Hongkou campus of Shanghai International Studies University. Recently, the Office of the Organizing Committee of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference sent a letter of appreciation to School of Economics and Finance, SISU, expressing heartfelt thanks to our school for the outstanding contribution to the success of the 2019 World Artificial Intelligence Conference.
On the day of the characteristic forum, hundreds of guests in the field of artificial intelligence from home and abroad gathered at Shanghai International Studies University. Nearly 20 academic and industry guests with international influence gave professional and forward-looking keynote speeches, and conducted in-depth discussions with the participants on topics such as translation in the context of artificial intelligence, the development of artificial intelligence and cross-cultural talent training, the development of artificial intelligence and the new digital divide through the special high-end roundtable set by the forum.
