At present, the system and mechanisms for opening our country’s science and technology to the outside world has gradually improved, and the time to expand scientific and technological opening is mature. However, since the introduction of reform and opening up, our country has begun to encounter technological and economic security problems. As reform and opening up deepens with a focus on science and technology, the national technological and economic security problems affecting our country will become more frequent and complex. In the face of the current restrictions and blockades on China’s technological development imposed by the United States and other developed economies, if we want to rationally deal with national technological and economic security issues, we need, in addition to drawing on the practical experience of other economies, consider the reality of our country’s economic and social development and weigh the pros and cons from the long-term perspective.
