This course is intended for students at different levels: undergraduates and graduates majoring in Economics and Management, and MF, MBA, EMBA alike. With the increasing influence of corporations in the global economic life, Corporate Governance has become a new field of common concern in theory and practice home and abroad. At the core of some cases such as Vanke takeover, Alibaba partnership system and Luckin accounting fraud, there lies the institutional design issues with corporate governance and capital market regulations.
